There are loads of activities planned for families visiting Blists Hill Victorian Town, one of the Ironbridge Gorge Museumsin Shropshire, this Easter school holiday. Some have a Beatrix Potter theme.
Opening to the public this morning, Monday 1stApril at 10.00am, Scone Palace marked the beginning of the 2019 season by gifting the first visitors to go through the Palace gates and reach the ticket booth with a Family Palace and Grounds Season Ticket and an Easter Hamper.
Susan Herd from Perth was the first through the Palace gates this morning with her sons, Jack (10) and Jamie McBride (7) and was presented with the gifts by Stephen Brannigan, Head of Palace and Events at Scone Palace.
Head to Clarks Village in Somerset for a green shopping experience. The outdoor shopping centre, which is the first outlet in the UK, has a number of features to improve sustainability on the site, to preserve the green and leafy surroundings.
Clarks Village is home to over 90 designer and high street brands, with up to 60% off RRP. Dog friendly and with a range of restaurants and cafes, Clarks Village truly has something for the whole family and is building a reputation for environmental responsibility.
